When do these terms take effect
These terms apply from November 2026; using the 55bd App means you accept all parts of the user agreement
The date may change with new updates, so it's good to read it once before logging in, especially in busy cities like Dhaka when signing in quickly

Device rules

Important
Data privacy

These are small terms, but if suspicious behavior is detected during 55bd Login, the system may temporarily suspend the account
What happens during maintenance
During low-traffic night hours updates may be more frequent, and the service might be slow for a few minutes, especially on older phones
Usually you will see a notice in advance; if a message appears inside the 55bd App, wait and then try again
In case of downtime or errors
Network issues, server load, or phone cache; for these three reasons the session may drop. Many Rocket, bKash, and Nagad users re-login at such times
If this happens, refresh the page, then wait 2 minutes if needed Help Center See where common questions are answered
How documents are captured during an active
The main goal during a mid-session interruption is not to lose progress; the 55bd App usually preserves the last step, as long as the network isn't fully cut
However, if you log in on multiple devices at the same time, the session may become unstable; this rule is for account security
About service levels
This site does not guarantee permanent uptime, but our records show 99.8% uptime, and users in 23 countries are receiving the service
In plain terms, the 55bd Login may not always feel the same, but we keep things simple with notices, version updates, and helpful guidance
